Erik Bagger is originally a goldsmith by trade. After finishing his apprenticeship, he was employed by Georg Jensen, where he worked until he became self-employed. As a goldsmith, Erik Bagger acquired a keen sense of detail, which is still characteristic of his designs today. Since then, he has worked with Royal Copenhagen and was behind the design of the main products in Rosendahl's Grand Cru series. In 2003, he established Erik Bagger with Frederick Brønnum. With the vision to create tomorrow’s classics, Erik Bagger's design goals are simple. These are to maximize value, quality, and functionality. Without these three qualities, it is not Erik Bagger.
