Typical wall clocks have the same boring look with three needles, representing the second, minute and hour hand. The needles move in the same manner, and reading time also does not vary from one clock to the other. Not any more! I was inspired by the planet when I designed The Saturn Clock.

The Saturn Clock has been crafted in a simple yet elegant manner. It consists of a base which has 12 digits placed on it like any other timepiece. Further, the base is enveloped with two disks that have perforated holes punched in them. Both the disks turn in a clockwise manner. The holes in the round plate aptly reveal the time of the day. Compared to ordinary clocks, only the digits representing the present time are revealed and the rest remain concealed under the disk. When dusk sets in, backlight wedges in the Saturn Clock switch on automatically, making it easy to read time at night. The Saturn Clock with its plain looks will make the wall it is hung on very attractive.
